Lotto247 required a new email template after a successful brand refresh. The email template needed to be on-brand, responsive, cleaner, and follow more up-to-date design trends.

I made use of Stripo to build the basic framework and behaviour for the master template, after which, I was able to design and customise sends.

I have added two examples of emails I created for lotto247:

1. Free Table Spins: The objective of this email was to target players who favoured table games with a limited time offer. This email featured a live countdown timer to leverage the exclusive and time sensitive nature of this offer and improve player retention.
2. New Payment Method: The objective of this email was to make players aware of a new popular payment method. This email also featured a simple and straightforward three step 'How-to' section in the body to help players understand how they can use this new feature in the product.
